Appointments

Office hours are by appointment only. Self referrals are accepted. If you
need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please provide at least two business days notice to allow another patient to utilize your appointment
time. Please understand that emergencies sometime occur and your appointment may run late or need to be rescheduled. If your appointment
time will be affected you will be notified as soon as possible.

If you need to be seen on short notice for a pressing medical need we will attempt to accommodate your request. However, due to other scheduled appointments and obligations we may need to defer your request until the physician is available. We may ask you to contact your primary physician or seek medical attention at the Emergency Room.
